Our Story
How It All Started
In The Room was born out of a need for better event data—specifically, understanding which attendees heard key offers and which ones didn’t, and why. It all began when Bill Allen, then CEO of 7 Figure Flipping, and Blaze Faillaci, then COO, ran a large event called Flip Hacking Live.
While they were able to gather data on how many attendees purchased offers during the event, they soon realized they were missing a key piece of information—who actually heard the offer. Despite tracking room counts and attendee engagement, there was no way to identify who was present at the critical moments when offers were made, leaving significant revenue on the table from attendees who simply never heard the pitch.
Determined to solve this problem, Bill and Blaze began brainstorming how they could track audience engagement more precisely. They realized that in order to deploy a tracking system that could capture real-time attendee data, they needed to first build a scalable, efficient registration software. Enter Taylor Harry, a talented developer with a decade of experience in building software solutions. Taylor joined the team full-time to help bring their vision to life.
After testing the registration system and RFID tracking at multiple internal events, they began offering it to trusted partners and friends. One of their first major successes came when they ran the registration and RFID tracking for Russell Brunson’s Funnel Hacking Live, contributing to an additional $2.8 million in sales through their technology.
Realizing they had developed something game-changing for the live event space, In The Room officially launched, and today, they provide powerful registration and tracking solutions for major events like Pace Morby’s Squad Up Summit and other industry-leading conferences.
